We specialise in professional sports recording with the Veo 3 camera system across Gippsland and Melbourne. Our services include full match recordings in 4K, livestreaming, highlight reels, and flexible per-match or season packages tailored for clubs and associations.
How does the booking process work?
You can request a quote directly on our website by entering your location and match details. Once you confirm your booking, we secure your spot with a deposit. The remainder is invoiced after your match is recorded and delivered.
What is included in the match recording package?
All packages include a high-quality 4K recording of your match, automatic ball tracking, and upload to your preferred platform within 48 hours. Optional add-ons such as livestreaming and extended highlight reels are available.
How far do you travel for match recordings?
We are based in Drouin (VIC 3818) and cover Gippsland and the Melbourne Metro area. Travel fees apply for matches more than 30 km from Drouin, and costs are automatically calculated in our booking system.
When will my match footage be available?
Your match will be uploaded to your prefered platform within 48 hours. If livestreaming is booked, your audience can watch in real-time, and recordings remain available afterward.
How does pricing and payment work?
Our system calculates your cost based on location, match length, and add-ons. To book, a 50% deposit is paid upfront via our secure checkout, with the remainder invoiced after delivery. All prices shown include GST for full transparency.
